it's march 16th - well, we played the variety
show under the name "nitrogen fixation", but that was only for show. we're no longer going to be skittlebrow, but we
haven't come up with a decent enough name to stick with yet. anyway, the variety show went exceptionally well.
we played '97, NOFX's bob (featuring a trupmet solo by gavin berry), and our one good original: midnight hat club V2.0 (now
an instrumental). other bands there, for those of you who didn't show up, were r.i.p.t.o.f.f., melodrama, and melodram+joel
and keith. no blood for oil

feb/12 - well its been a while, and after not playing for a
couple months were back in full force. we have added another guitarist and our sound is already changing for the better.
dustin collins would be that guitarist. he's our good friend and a realy good guitarist. we've been
writing songs faster than michael jackson can abuse children, and were working hard for the upcoming "variety show" in mid
march, so watch out for that.

Feb/11- sorry i haven't updated
this in a long, long, long time. we stopped playin for a while and i figured noone cared (not that you do now).
we've been playin now for a few good weeks. oh yeah, dustin collins is on guitar #2. he came with some new
ideas and we've written a couple songs. he's a sophomore from here at harvard high school and quite a good
chap, a king some might say. um, i met brendan kelly the other day at his concert (the freakin' lawrence arms for you unlearned people).
he's the greatest person i've ever met. he told me that i looked like a german breakdancer (they just got
back from touring europe i guess breakdancing is "in" over there). i rank being born at about a 9 and this concert
at about a 10. yeah, pretty good i know. they're playin at fireside bowling alley in chicago on march first 8bucks.
